A notorious Saskatchewan gang member is back behind bars.
40-year old Richard Wolfe, a founding member of the Indian Posse, is back in prison for up to five years.
He was convicted of attacking the couple who was trying to help him turn his life around after his latest bit.
The attack happened in Fort Qu’Appelle in 2014 when Wolfe was on a statutory release from his 20-year sentence for attempted murder.
According to testimony Wolfe sexually assaulted the woman and then attacked her boyfriend with a bat when he interfered.
