RCMP are now letting us know exactly what happened in the town of Oxbow on Sunday.
On Sunday afternoon, the RCMP Saskatchewan Twitter feed sent out these tweets
RCMP say they received a request to check on the well-being of a 25 year old living in the town who had failed to appear last month in a Carlyle courtroom on a charge of theft under 5-thousand dollars.
Investigators received information possible explosives or firearms may be in the home resulting in crews staking out the home to make sure all was well.
Shortly after 7 PM, 25 year old Kassidy Bonnor was taken into custody with a search of the home showing no firearms or explosives inside.
