A 25 year-old Regina woman is facing 43 charges – mostly related to fraud and the unauthorized use of credit card information.
Regina Police say it was a lengthy and complicated investigation – details into the investigation were released Tuesday.Authorities were investigating a series of criminal offences from November 2015.
These offences included fraud, possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of credit card data.
The Regina Police Commercial Crimes Unit identifed, arrested and charged a 25 year-old suspect on December 15, 2015.25-year old Allyson Kristina Bachiu’s charges include unauthorized use of credit card data and possession of stolen property.
Additionally, there is an Allegation of Breach of a Conditional Sentence Order against Bachiu.
The Regina Police Service reminds the public and businesses to be aware of fraud risk by manually entered credit card numbers.
