Twin teenage brothers killed during an after-hours visit to the Canada Olympic Park in Calgary are being remembered as dynamic members of their schools.
Jordan and Evan Caldwell died and six other male teens were injured early Saturday after they snuck into the park and went for a toboggan ride down the bobsled and luge track — the teens crashed into a cement gate positioned part way down the run.
The brothers had worked at the park last year taking tickets.
Jordan attended Westmount Charter School, where the student newspaper described him in a recent profile as “an iconic Westmount personality.”
Evan also attended the Calgary school with his brother, but switched to Ernest Manning High School last year to take pre-engineering classes.
