Ryan Smith’s Twitter biography says it all.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed the former Riders receiver in day one of CFL free agency.
Smith joins the Blue Bombers after spending his first two CFL seasons with Saskatchewan.
The North Dakota State product led the Riders in receiving yards and touchdowns last season, finishing with 59 receptions for 991 yards and seven scores.
He is one of several players the Bombers have signed on day one of free agency with others including former Riders defensive lineman Keith Shologan, who had been with Ottawa, and running back Andrew Harris.
