Mayor Michael Fougere held his annual State of the City Address Thursday afternoon.
During his speech he discussed the City’s growth despite the downturn in the economy.
Fougere says a big focus this year will be infrastructure and road repair within Regina.
“Completion of the stadium, completion of the wastewater treatment plant and the International Trade Centre moving forward as a project as well.”
The province of Saskatchewan will be receiving 330-million dollars from the federal government and Regina will get 30.5-million of the hand out.
