A former Saskatchewan doctor has been charged with six counts of sex assault dating back to 2001.
71-year old Mohammed Haque was arrested at his home in London, Ontario earlier this month.
Yorkton RCMP say a woman alleged being sexually assaulted by Haque in 2001.
Staff Sergeant Greg Nichol says the investigation concerning Haque may not be complete.
Since the start of the investigation, 12 women have alleged similar assaults that happened between 2001 and 2008.
They all told police they met Haque through his work as an obstetrician and gynecologist at a medical facility in Yorkton.
Haque gave up his medical licence in 2012 following allegations to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan of sexual misconduct with female patients.
