So I’ve mentioned I enjoy cooking. I’m also pretty sure I’ve mentioned that I don’t pay that close attention to the instructions when I’m cooking. That usually bites me on some level. Like this weekend when I found I hand some frozen meat that NEEDED to be cooked. Nothing bad happened I’m still here after eating it twice but I’ve still got to look at those dates more often. The main problem is that you stick something in the freezer or cupboard and then buy more which pushes that other stuff father back. Eventually you get around to it and realize that probably needs to get eaten. After that discovery it’s just a game of hoping it doesn’t kill you.
