Have you thought about taking your PASSION and making it happen. You know “FLASHDANCE” style.
You have toiled away at a job that may appear to go nowhere, but really you see yourself as a success in another realm.
If that happens to be working with the Canadian Football League or a league team, you should really pay attention to the CFL website for some job postings.
I didn’t realize how many opportunities were out there. But wow! Just WOW!
During the State of the League at Grey Cup 103, Commissioner, Jeffrey Orridge informed the faithful that he had indeed lost some key individuals to the Toronto Argonaut organization! No doubt about it those are now filled, however there are INTERN spots to be filled.
So, if you have a sense of adventure and you are prepared to be in Toronto for up to 8 months making little to no cash, this could be a job you’ll want to explore.
The experience will be fantastic. And if I were young and nomadic I would do it! Of course a university, college background would be helpful! Take a look maybe this is in your wheelhouse.
Apparently, Canadian Football League teams are also looking. It never hurts to explore working for another team, other than your home team. You’ll learn a lot.
AND if you want to VOLUNTEER – the Saskatchewan Roughriders are looking for an ARMY to help out this season and moving forward into the new stadium.
The folks that volunteer do receive some cool benefits. Love of the Roughriders sure helps, so does love of people and understanding the “fan mentality”.
