This, even though Spring is just a mere 4 days away.
Environment Canada says expect some moisture today – either in rain or snow formats.
However, it’s not as bad as what is happening in east/central Saskatchewan.
A storm system is moving across southern Manitoba and is bringing an area of heavy snow over east central Saskatchewan today.
Snow began overnight in the Hudson Bay and Nipawin regions and will continue through Tuesday – heavy at times, before tapering.
Accumulations of 15 to 25 cm are expected in the warning area with local amounts of 30 cm possible over the Hudson Bay region by Wednesday morning.
Lesser amounts of snow are expected in the Melfort area with 5 to 10 cm .
