The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region says it is concerned about another bout gastrointestinal illness in schools.
A notice – sent last Friday – says norovirus is making its way through the community.
Some schools in and around Regina apparently have noticed more students and staff getting sick.
Officials say frequent hand-washing and cleaning of commons areas in schools will help stem the spread, while people who are sick should stay home for at least two days after their symptoms pass.
RQHR sent a notice to parents in the Regina Public School Division.
