Several power outages affected residents in Regina Monday morning and SaskPower officials say it’s all because of a broken underground power line.
Crews were called out shortly before 6am Monday morning to Regina’s Albert Park region.
According to SaskPower, they worked for several hours to repair the line which caused that power outage.
SaskPower says it was able to re-route power from another substation in the area to some customers within an hour.
But others had to do without for nearly 12-hours.
