51-year old Sheree Fertuck has been missing for 4 months, but the family and RCMP are trying to remain hopeful.
Fertuck was last seen having lunch with her family on December 7th.
The semi she drove for work was found abandoned the next morning at a local gravel pit.
Her cell phone, keys and jacket were found inside.
Fertuck’s mother Juliann Sorotski says they knew something was wrong when they hadn’t heard from her.
Sorotski also remembers Fertuck as a community woman, who would spend time with anyone if she was approached.
Staff Sergeant Murray Chamberlain says all the evidence so far is pointing to this being a homicide, because of the lack of contact and no movement when it comes to bank accounts or use of her hospital card.
