Campers in Saskatchewan appear to be having few difficulties getting their campsites reserved for the summer.
Tuesday, according to officials, was a much bigger reservation day.
Parks included Buffalo Pound, Danielson, Douglas – which are some of the most popular parks in the southern part of the province.
According to Saskatchewan Parks, approximately 2,680 were in the queue at 7am, up from 2,200 in 2015.
An estimated 2,025 reservations were made by 10am.
Apparently, there were a few technical difficulties, but Parks staff were thorough in all their support and follow-up to ensure the clients waiting got their reservations.
