Premier Brad Wall will meet with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Wednesday evening in Saskatoon.
The Prime Minister has been travelling in western Canada recently – with a stop in Alberta and a visit to Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan.
It’s unknown what the Premier and Prime Minister are likely to discuss, however Wall has made it clear in the national media many people in the oil industry are having trouble with changes to the employment insurance program which exclude that sector.
These are changes which Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended after his government tabled the Federal Budget.
Also anticipated in Wednesday evening’s discussion is talk about pipeline projects in Canada.
It has been suggested Wall will continue his push for the Enerygy East pipeline and to further discussion on the Keystone Pipeline
