The City of Regina says there are some new road projects beginning this weekend – and next week – which will likely have an impact on motorists in the Queen City:
- Lorne Street – 11th Avenue to Saskatchewan Drive – Closed for Crane Work – Starting Friday, April 29th at 5:30 pm for 3 days.
- Elphinstone Street – 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue – Closed for Underground Utility Work – Starting Monday May 2nd for 4 days.
- 12th Avenue – Hamilton Street to Scarth Street – Closed for Crane Work – Starting Tuesday May 3rd at 4:00 am for 3.5 hours.
- Dewdney Avenue – Grosvenor Street to Fleet Street – Traffic Restricted for Concrete Work – Starting Tuesday May 3rd for 8 weeks.
Drivers are again reminded to slow down in construction zones and watch for workers who may be on the streets.
