It’s been more than two years since Senator Mike Duffy sat in the Red Chamber, but he’ll be back to work there Tuesday.
Duffy was recently cleared on 31 charges of fraud, breach of trust and bribery.
He was suspended from the Senate over his expense troubles, but the ban was lifted ahead of last year’s federal election.
His case marks the first time a senator has been charged, tried and acquitted.
Duffy stayed quiet Monday as he appeared on Parliament Hill
