There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. I like to sleep however that can kick you in the backside if your not ready for it as you can of course sleep too much. It’s weird really you can actually get too much sleep. Not enough makes sense as that dulls your senses and can lead to all sorts of things including accidents. Oversleep though? That’s weird. I guess it’s probably because you have to a harder time still waking up and your not yet fully alert kind of thing. Who knows. Who cares too, it’s not like I’m operating heavy machinery here.
