Health minister Dustin Duncan, who is the MLA for Weyburn, says a decision by the Canadian owners of Kentucky Fried Chicken to close down the buffet in his hometown is short-sighted.
Duncan believes the buffet, which he sampled over the long weekend. should remain saying it is something that is somewhat a source of pride in the city.
Duncan, who worked at the store as a teenager, is hoping many turn out in support of the buffet at a rally Wednesday as the owners of KFC Canada pay a visit.
He adds many constituents have voiced their disapproval to him over the past couple of days.
