The Regina Police Service Explosives Disposal Unit was called out Tuesday afternoon to investigate railway explosive signal devices that were found at a residence on Donahue Avenue.
It’s unknown why those devices were at this location.
Police say the discovery was made by the homeowner who found a bag of railway explosive signal devices.
Responding officers requested the assistance of the Explosives Disposal Unit and secured the area.
Explosives Disposal Unit members arrived at the scene recovered the explosives and rendered them safe without any risk to the public.
