The official opening of Regina’s newest downtown office tower was held Monday.
Agriculture Place, part of Harvard Developments, in the 18 hundred block of Hamilton Street, will house Farm Credit Canada offices.
FCC president Michael Hoffort says the facility is important to his agency, the largest farm lender in Canada.
The multi-million dollar office tower was officially opened by several officials, including Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Scholfield, Mayor Michael Fougere and Paul Hill, president of the Hill Companies.
Hill says the facility an effort to re-invigorate the downtown core.
He says the building will bring all 750 Farm Credit Canada staff under one roof.
He paid tribute to the growth of Farm Credit Canada and its staff for improving the well-being of the community and the country.
