Legendary country music star Garth Brooks begins his series of six concerts in four nights at Sask-Tel Centre in Saskatoon Thursday night.
Scott Ford, the executive director of SaskTel Centre says if people are patient, the experience will be one to remember.
Ford is asking as many people as possible to take a bus to the venue from downtown Saskatoon or one of four shopping centers or to carpool.
He says this will likely prevent traffic jams – especially on Friday and Saturday when there are two performances.
Ford says the last three home games from the Saskatchewan Rush saw over 15-thousand people in attendance with the parking lot being clear within 45 minutes of the game ending.
He is also reminding concert-goers to check their ticket to make sure they are going to the right show on the right night.
