The Riders returned to the practice field Monday in Saskatoon after their pre-season loss to BC on Saturday night, and as they returned, quarterback Darian Durant was a little more active.
Durant dressed for that game, but did not see action as head coach and general manager Chris Jones wanted to see BJ Coleman and Brett Smith who both struggled.
The 32 year old says he is feeling good after his 2015 was cut short by an Achilles injury.
He says he is doing little things to stay in shape, and it has paid off as he has not missed a rep or a practice.
The Riders finish the pre-season in Edmonton Saturday afternoon at 2 on 620 CKRM.
