The Saskatchewan Roughriders cancelled their planned workout at the University of Saskatchewan after severe weather rolled through the Saskatoon area Thursday morning.
The team will stage a walkthrough on Friday morning before leaving for Edmonton and Saturday afternoon’s game against the Eskimos.
Game time is 2 o’clock with the pre-game show at 11 on 620 CKRM.
Going into the final game, many roster spots have yet to be decided including who will serve as the backup quarterback, the starting running back and what five players will make up the secondary.
On Thursday, the Riders announced the signing of two players; running back Michael Dyer and linebacker Korey Jones. Dyer was released after being at the Oakland Raiders training camp in 2015. Jones spent 2015 season with the Eskimos dressing for all 18 games.
