Environment Canada has issued several Rainfall Warnings for Tuesday throughout Saskatchewan.
According to the weather office, there is a wide swath of areas which can expect significant rainfall amounts.
Rainfall amounts of 50 to 75 mm have already fallen and a further 10 to 25 mm will likely fall Tuesday over parts of southern Saskatchewan.
Two-day rainfall totals could be as high as 75 to 100 mm by Wednesday morning in some areas of the southern Saskatchewan.
A low pressure system stalled over southeastern Saskatchewan on Monday and gave 40 to 75 mm to some areas in southern Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada expects this system from South Dakota to move out slowly through the day and on Wednesday.
However, damage has already occurred in areas like Estevan and other regions of the province
