Saskatoon police discovered a cache of stolen bicycles Monday during a routine check to make sure someone was following court conditions.
Officers went to a home on Avenue J to perform the check.
There, police report finding two men in a garage, along with a baggie of crystal meth.
But it was the discovery of at least 40 bikes, wheels and tires which prompted police to remind residents of keeping their property locked up.
Police say it’s imperative record serial numbers on their property, specifically bicycles, as it helps them get stolen property returned to its owners.
