Regina Police Service are looking for information and asking the public to be on the lookout for a suspicious man.
Police received a report on Thursday of a suspicious male. The preliminary information available indicates that at approximately 2:30 p.m. on July 23rd, two adult females were walking in the area of Osler Street and 12th Avenue when an unknown male called out to them from his vehicle, asking if they would like to see his puppy that is for sale, and repeatedly asked them to approach his vehicle. The females refused and the driver drove off.
This same suspect and vehicle was also witnessed onJuly 26th, near Jack Mackenzie school.
The male was described as an African-American male with a medium build, average weight and height, in his late 20’s to early 30’s. He had very short hair but was not completely bald, and had no facial hair. The vehicle was described as a red four-door car with no plate on the rear, only a piece of paper on the window. The vehicle is possibly a 1990’s Buick, and was shiny with no rust.
Police say the suspect has been found and interviewed.
No charges were laid.
