The 10th annual Great Saskatchewan Mustard Festival takes place in Regina on August 21.
19 chefs and restaurants will be on hand presenting their own culinary takes on the condiment.
All those participating will be looking to win the “Yellow Jacket”, the top prize at the festival.
Saskatchewan produces 75 per cent of Canada’s mustard and Canada is a world leader in mustard exports.
Tickets are $30 with kids 14 and under paying their age at the gate.
The event runs from 11-3 P.M. on August 21 on the lawn north of the legislative building.
