The Regina Rams are back in the win column after a dramatic come from behind 41-38 win
The Rams lead Manitoba 27-13 after three quarters, but the Bisons stormed back to take a 38-33 lead. It was a lead they looked to be adding upon, but a fumble deep in Regina territory gave them life and a win thanks to quarterback Noah Picton.
Picton led the team downfield capping off a drive with a 15 yard pass to Ryan Schienbein (pictured) for his 4th touchdown pass of the night with 25 seconds left. In fact, Picton had his second straight game of throwing for over 400 yards and four touchdowns and now has 971 yards and eight touchdowns after just two games.
The win is the first for the program since Frank McCrystal coached them to a regular season ending win over Alberta in 2014 as Mike Gibson went 0-8 in his lone season at the helm with Regina losing its first game of this season.
They will be in Vancouver September 17 to take on the UBC Thunderbirds.
