So the interesting tidbit of news coming out about the sugar industry, which in and of itself is odd to say, paying off scientists in the 60’s is well interesting. If you hadn’t heard apparently some people found proof that the sugar industry paid of scientists to lie about sugars connection to heart disease and instead blame it on fat. Which leads us to now where just about everything we eat has “added sugar”. I’ve been trying to cut sugar out of my diet for a while now and so have many others it’s not that easy once you make the “added sugar” realization. Just about everything we eat is has some form of sugar in it and trying to eat healthier isn’t easy or cheap. You can literally eat out for cheaper than anything you could actually make at home and the thing is it isn’t any healthier so you’ve accomplished nothing. Perfect so were back at the start….now what.
