The Riders win and the province is alive and happy!
Yes, the organization means all of that and a bag of chips to us.
At the end of the game, I had tears in my eyes. I am not the only one. The pressure of winning game 2 is now off of the shoulders of a young club, that you would be hard pressed to know if they walked past you.
As the team pulls together, it is hard not to like this group of guys that’s working on and off the field to become the Pride of the Prairies. Postings on social media at autograph signings, hospital visits, doing random things that amaze us. Hey, its what people do! No biggie.
I couldn’t believe the people that left our section at Mosaic Stadium at the 2 minute point of the 4th quarter! Did you call a cab for a 4:30 pick up or what!?
Thank you Darian Durant for keeping the push on to gain yards and do your best to will this team to a victory. Of course there were other working pieces to this puzzle and then there were some “OH-NO” head slapping moments too!
But there’s another game on Saturday, fans and foes await to see what will unfold on Saturday night!
The work week at the radio station is unfolding and its going to be a biggie!
620 CKRM Monday was filled radio goodies; a concert announcement (ERIC CHURCH) AND tickets; 90th Birthday Bash tickets (October 21st); Roughrider prizes – Pick the Score and Lucky Seat Contest. I think we made a lot of people happy today!
I hope we are fulfilling that every day!
This month has been incredibly busy. We have been all over Saskatchewan and supporting all kinds of events.
The weather appears to be co-operative this week, that means our Saskatchewan harvest continues and captive listening to 620 CKRM is apart of that. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!
