A woman suffered minor injuries early Saturday morning after her bag was stolen by a man who approached her for money.
Regina Police say the incident happened in the 19-hundred block of Ottawa Street around 8:00am.
In a report, police say the woman was approached from behind by a man who had asked for money.
As she turned around, she was pushed to the ground, her bag was stolen and the man took off.
The suspect is described as an Aboriginal male, approximately 5’7” to 5’8” tall, muscular build, pock marked face, shoulder length brown hair, approximately 40-45 years-old, wearing a black spring jacket and blue jeans.
