Regina police are investigating a pair of armed robberies from late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.
Just before 11:30, two men with their faces covered entered a business on the 200 block of Albert Street North with what was believed to be a firearm. They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Just over an hour later, police say a business on the 2900 block of Dewdney Avenue was robbed when two men with their faces covered and believed to be carrying a firearm entered the business with them getting away with cash and cigarettes.
While the two do sound similar in nature, police aren’t saying if the same people are responsible for both.
