It happened Monday, Nov. 28, 10 km south of the community.
According to the RCMP, their investigation has revealed a northbound truck left the roadway, skidded through the centre median and entered back onto the northbound shoulder.
Both occupants, a 66-year-old man – who was driving – and a 69-year-old woman were transported via ambulance to hospital in Regina.
The woman was later pronounced dead.
Both individuals are from Carry the Kettle First Nation.
The Coroner and the Craik RCMP are continuing their investigation and no charges have been laid.
