The storm that battered southeast Saskatchewan on Monday is delivering its wrath on Manitoba and North Dakota Tuesday
In Manitoba, the storm has forced the closure of many highways including the Trans-Canada at the Saskatchewan border to just west of Winnipeg
Minot, North Dakota has also been shut down because of the storm
Police are advising no travel in or outside of the city with numerous reports Tuesday of people having to be rescued from their car which is stuck on the road.
All flights in and out of the city were also cancelled as this system pounds western and northern North Dakota.
