Regina’s Heritage Neighborhood will soon be the site of a new 45-unit low income apartment building for people with complex needs.
The building’s landlord, Halifax Holdings West Inc. unveiled the project Monday, along with City Councillors Bob Hawkins and Andrew Stevens, M-P Ralph Goodale and Minister of Social Services and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Housing Cooperation Tina Beaudry-Mellor.

Minister Beaudry-Mellor says the province provided one million dollars which was matched by the Federal Government.
The city of Regina also contributing 705,000 dollars to the project.
The YWCA played a leadership role advising to potential residents and their potential needs.
