We will have an idea as to what the future of Saskatchewan’s health-care system will look like in the future on Wednesday
This summer, a three member panel was formed by then health minister Dustin Duncan to look at the current regional health structure.
That review has been completed and will be released on Wednesday morning
The panel was asked to get input from various groups including health regions and unions with the public also being invited to give feedback on a variety of issues including ways that services could be delivered in a more efficient manner.
There are 12 regional health authorities in Saskatchewan along with the Athabasca Health Authority which is an independent organization.
