There is a report from 3 Down Nation’s Justin Dunk suggesting University of Regina Rams receiver Mitch Picton is going to try and impress NFL scouts by attending a regional combine.
Picton is going to be in Minneapolis in March for that event.
He is coming off one of the best seasons a Rams receiver has ever had as he caught 58 passes for 823 yards and 11 touchdowns in helping the team to a first-place record of 6-2.
That season also saw him awarded as an all-Canadian.
Picton is also considered to be a high pick in the 2017 CFL draft as he was recently named to the top 20 by CFL Central Scouting.
