A Canora, Sask. man scheduled to go to trial on seven animal cruelty-related charges had his matters adjourned again on Friday.
In Yorkton Provincial Court, the trial for Walter Anthony Goba, 74, was rescheduled for June 30.
Some of the charges allege that horses in the Willowbrook area were in distress between September and December of 2013.
Back in April of 2014, Goba pleaded guilty to animal abuse stemming from charges in the Swan Valley. He received a six-month conditional sentence, as well as a 10-year ban on owning pets or livestock.
