The NDP is raising more concerns about the 1.5 billion dollar carbon capture storage facility at the Boundary Dam power station near Estevan.
Opposition critic Cathy Sproule says the 70 million dollar carbon capture test facility is going to add more debt to the overall project because of a lack of commercial interest.
SaskPower minister Gordon Wyant says Boundary Dam three is now the cleanest fossil fuel plant in Canada.
He says SaskPower is in negotations with various entities and there are expected to be more participants in the use of the carbon capture test facility.
Wyant says he will have more to report on the test facility at a later date.
