Regina police are investigating after they conducted a weapons-related search warrant early Sunday morning.
Details are minimal, but police have said it happened at a home on the 1300 block of Winnipeg Street.
The Regina Police Service’s SWAT team, crisis negotiators, canine unit, plain clothes officers and patrol members were all called in, due to the potential of weapons on-scene.
Police said seven people exited the home without incident, before the residence was searched by investigators.
No charges related to the weapons investigation have been laid at this point.
