City of Regina administration has released its recommendations Regina City Council will consider Monday night when they re-visit their 2017 budget.
Council was forced to re-consider its budget after provincial cuts to the grants-in-lieu program took away 11-million dollars in funding.
Some of the recommendations include a 2.5 percent increase to the mill rate from the originally approved increase of 3.99 percent.
Along with a 20 percent increase to street use permits and traffic bylaw fees.
Regina police will also be hit with a 1-million dollar reduction to their budget, however front line service and response times will not be affected.
Council will meet Monday night to review the recommendations.
