A 29-year old man is facing a string of charges including forcible confinement after a 22-year old man was held against his will in late February.
Regina Police says the victim was held over a period of two days and was allegedly threatened if he attempted to leave.
The victim, according to police, was freed when he got some money to pay off a debt to his captors.
On Thursday, Police arrested Jason Lee Bird in a residence in the 1300 block of Garnet Street.
It’s believed the victim and suspects are known to each other.
29-year old Jason Lee Bird of Regina, is facing a total of 13 charges.
Police say two other have also been arrested; 27-year old Joshua Lewis Beaudry and 31-year old Dexter Curtis Miller face forcible confinement charges.
