Winter isn’t over yet for parts of Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada has issued winter storm and snowfall warnings in central and northern Saskatchewan with the possibility of 30 centimeters or more expected in some areas.
Ahead of the system, strong winds are occurring throughout Saskatchewan.
The Regina region won’t be seeing any snow, but Environment Canada says we could see some rain with the strong wind continuing into Good Friday and Saturday as well.
While Regina enjoyed temperatures in the mid-teens on Friday, the high for Easter Sunday is supposed to struggle to get above freezing.
