K+S Potash Canada is back at it again, ranking in Saskatchewan’s Top 20 employers competition.
To be considered one of the province’s top employers, KSPC was first evaluated on eight criteria — including things like: physical workplace, work atmosphere, benefits and time off.
President and CEO of KSPC Ulrich Lamp says looking around at the team they have today, he knows they’ve achieved that goal.
In a news release, Lamp said “Since we arrived in Saskatchewan in 2011, KSPC has worked hard to develop a workplace and culture that would attract quality people to our company.”
The potash company hired the bulk of its operational employees throughout 2015 and 2016.
KSPC currently employs about 3-hundred-75 permanent and 80 temporary employees to work at its Legacy Project mine and production facility near Bethune.
