The sun will be plentiful this week in southern Saskatchewan, but Environment Canada says expect cooler temperatures than usual heading into the long weekend.
The average high for this time of the year is 18.9C, according to the weather office. The highest temperature recorded at this time of the year was 32.2C in 1934.
Monday, our daytime high was 19C and we only received about 1.4 mm of rain.
Look for sunshine for the long weekend and temperatures rising to near 20C.
