Regina police have charged a 52 year old woman with multiple charges after an early morning accident April 2 in east Regina that involved three cars and injured five including the accused.
Two vehicles were stopped at a red light in the eastbound lane of Dewdney Avenue at Fleet Street when a third vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed rear-ended the second vehicle. The impact of that crash caused the first vehicle to end up rolling onto its roof.
Muriel Buffalo will be in court April 12. She faces five counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm, five counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm and five counts of criminal negligence in operation of a motor vehicle.
Buffalo was arrested Wednesday and has been released from custody. She is scheduled to appear in court July 12.
