Regina police are asking for your help in locating a car which went through a construction zone at an extremely high rate of speed Sunday night.
Police say around 8:35, officers were conducting speed enforcement on the southbound lanes of the Ring Road at Wascana Parkway in a construction zone where workers were present.
One of the officers heard a car roaring in the northbound lane and observed a maroon-coloured Nissan 350Z or 370Z going through at a speed which was clocked at 183 kilometers an hour through the 60 kilometer zone.
The officer was unable to follow the car and with no other units in the area, the driver got away.

The car was seen weaving in and out of other north-bound traffic on the Ring Road.
The car was a two door model with tinted windows and was possibly an early 2000 model. It is believed a man was behind the wheel.
Anyone having seen this car, in particular drivers on the Ring Road at that time Sunday night, are asked to call police if they have any information to share.
