A 26-year-old Regina man is facing a number of charges after investigations into a stolen truck by police.
Officers were called to east Regina after a complaint from the trucks owner around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The owner alleged the suspect had stolen the truck the night before and used his credit cards throughout the night.
When police arrived at the scene, the caller was holding the suspect down on the ground, investigations revealed the suspect was also the subject of a warrant.
As a result 26-year-old James Christopher Kane is now facing a total of five charges including Theft Over $5,000.
Kane made his first court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
