Anyone stepping outside in Saskatchewan, especially the southern half, knew Monday was a hot day.
That was the case in the southern part of the province as many places got over 35 degrees.
The Canadian hot spot was Coronach where the high hit 37.6 degrees Celsius with Rockglen coming in at 36. 7 degrees celsisus and Yellow Grass recording a high of 36. 5 degrees.
Other places seeing temperatures of over 35 degrees were Assiniboia, Bratt’s Lake, Mankota, Moose Jaw, Rockglen, Val Marie, Weyburn and Regina.
In Regina. the high got to 35.4 degrees.
While the temperature is much cooler Tuesday and Wednesday, the temperature will soar back into the low to mid 30’s for the weekend.
